Limited to 40 seats, this special event will feature Michael David Wines of Lodi, California and a coastal California inspired five-course menu designed by Executive Chef Matt Russell.

6:30 PM - Craft Cocktails and Charcuterie
1st Course - Prince Edward Oysters with a Classic Shallot Mignonette, paired with a Sauvignon Blanc
2nd Course - Strawberry Caprese Salad, paired with a Rose
3rd Course - Italian Style Black Angus Tri-Tip Beef Slider, (a tribute to "The Bear"), paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon
4th Course - Halibut Verdot Marsala, paired with a Petit Verdot
5th Course - Black Forest Cheesecake, paired with a Port
